SKIN & LASER

Fractional Laser (CO2 DOT Therapy)

CO2 laser energy delivered in a fine pattern to stimulate the skin's natural collagen production — available as DOT Therapy or the shallower DOT LITE.

Available at Geelong Ballarat

About the Treatment

Fractional CO2 laser therapy delivers laser energy to the skin in a pattern of small "dots" or columns, stimulating the body's natural collagen production. This may help address fine lines and wrinkles, refine enlarged pores, improve the appearance of pigmentation and sunspots, and support skin tightening. Compared to full skin ablation treatments, fractional delivery generally means less after-treatment discomfort and downtime.

ASFB offers two versions of this treatment:

  • DOT Therapy targets the deeper layers of the skin, with downtime of around 10 days.

  • DOT LITE has a shallower penetration, generally involving less discomfort during treatment and a shorter healing period of around four to seven days.

Both are suitable for the face, neck, décolletage and hands, and for most skin types. Your practitioner will assess your skin at consultation and recommend which version — and treatment plan — suits your goals.

Costs will be confirmed during your consultation, tailored to your treatment plan.
